Glory’s approach is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. She integrates evidence-based methods—including psychodynamic, mindfulness, and emotion-focused therapy—while tailoring sessions to your unique needs and pace.
She believes that real change begins when you feel seen and understood. Through therapy, you’ll learn to tune into your emotions, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and create meaningful shifts toward a more confident and connected sense of self.
What to Expect
During your complimentary phone consultation, we’ll answer any questions and determine if we’re a good fit for therapy.
If we decide to move forward, your therapist will send you intake paperwork and schedule your initial session. The first session will focus on getting to know you — your story, challenges, and goals.
From there, therapy sessions typically occur once a week for 50 minutes. You’ll have a confidential space to explore what’s on your mind, deepen your self-understanding, and learn effective tools for navigating life’s challenges. You can expect that sessions will be filled with warmth, humor, emotional attunement, and honest reflection.
Sessions are held virtually across California to ensure sessions can occur at your convenience and comfort.
If you have any other questions about what therapy may look like for your child, please reach out! We’re happy to help.

Therapy for College Students and Young Adults FAQs
What do people my age come to therapy for?
Many young adults come to therapy for support with anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity exploration, life transitions, or feeling “stuck.” College years and early adulthood can be a time of tremendous growth — and also uncertainty — and therapy can help you navigate it with greater confidence and clarity.
What if my parents are helping pay for therapy — will they know what we talk about?
Your therapy is confidential. Even if a parent or family member helps with payment, your sessions remain private. We can discuss at the start of therapy what kind of communication feels comfortable to you and what information (if any) you’d like shared. We will never share any information about you, or your sessions, without your permission— we’ll make sure you feel comfortable with any communication that happens outside of therapy.
Do you see college students who live outside of Los Angeles?
Yes! Because our sessions are held virtually, you can meet from wherever you are in California or another state that your therapist is licensed in — whether you’re at college, home for break, or spending time in another part of the state. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.
Is virtual therapy actually effective?
Yes — research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of meeting from their own space. It also makes it easier to keep therapy consistent, even when life gets busy or you’re away at school.

DBT can be particularly helpful for treating and managing anxiety and depression, substance abuse, self harm, or suicidal thoughts.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you learn to accept difficult emotions while taking meaningful action toward your values — so you can live in a way that feels more authentic and fulfilling. ACT can be helpful for those struggling with anxiety and depression, eating disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD),
