What I Offer

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist currently offering therapy sessions for families located in Arizona.

I work with pregnant and postpartum parents, parents of young children, and infants and young children with their caregivers (0–5 years old). My goal is to walk alongside you during this important early stage of life, offering understanding, support, and practical guidance tailored to your family.

Appointments can be in-home (in specified area codes) or via telehealth, depending on what works best for your family.

  • This work provides a safe, supportive space to process the many emotional changes that come with pregnancy and early parenthood. You might explore anxiety, mood changes, stress, or transitions in identity, and learn strategies to navigate these challenges. I’ll help you prepare for what’s next and understand early development and attachment to set you and your baby up for lifelong relational health. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident, supported, and understood during this new chapter.

  • Parenting young children can be challenging and full of questions. In parent support sessions, we explore strategies to strengthen your parenting approach, manage difficult behaviors, and promote healthy emotional development in your child. You will gain and in-depth understanding of your child’s developmental state, and how to use this information to guide your child through all stages of childhood. The goal is practical support you can use at home while also taking care of yourself as a caregiver.

  • Dyadic therapy focuses on the relationship between you and your child. Sessions provide structured support to improve attunement, strengthen attachment, and enhance emotional connection. This can be especially helpful for families navigating stress, transitions, trauma, grief, or early behavioral concerns. Together, we work toward creating a safe, responsive bond that supports your child’s healthy development.

  • Play therapy provides children with a developmentally appropriate way to express feelings, explore challenges, and build coping skills through play. Children can use toys, games, and creative activities to communicate what’s hard to put into words. Parents often notice improved emotional expression, better regulation, and a deeper connection with their child as a result of these sessions.
